Job summary

Tesco PLC is hiring a Technical Programme Manager in the Commercial area to lead large change programmes around promotions systems and processes. You’ll work with Product and Engineering to deliver value for Suppliers and Buyers by enabling self-sufficient, cost‑effective tools to support day‑to‑day activities.

The role involves cross‑functional delivery across teams, shaping delivery approaches, and managing budgets to achieve Tesco's promotion goals with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Experience delivering large technology programmes in a retail context.
Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor engagement.
Experience leveraging AI/ML insights for promotion optimisation.

Responsibilities

Deliver complex programmes with multiple business and technical risks.
Define and track programme delivery plans and budgets.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to optimise promotions and trade planning.
