Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc is seeking a senior programme leader to drive end-to-end network upgrades and infrastructure changes across the distribution centre estate. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers and operational units to ensure on-time delivery and aligned business priorities.

You will champion governance, manage risks, and provide clear visibility of progress and decisions to senior stakeholders. Experience in large-scale retail/logistics transformations is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure, network, connectivity or technology transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage complex delivery across multiple teams and suppliers.
• Strong governance, reporting and risk-management capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align priorities with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network upgrades and infrastructure changes across the M&S distribution centre estate.
• Develop joined-up delivery plans coordinating activities and dependencies across technology programmes, suppliers and operational teams.
• Partner with GIST, engineering, architecture and logistics teams to align solutions, deployment schedules and business priorities.
• Champion governance and proactive risk management with clear visibility of progress, issues and decisions.
• Coordinate suppliers, site deployments and transition activities to deliver outcomes with minimal disruption to logistics operations.
