Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of a critical connectivity and infrastructure upgrade across the distribution centre network. You will coordinate across GIST, engineering, suppliers and operations to ensure alignment and successful programme outcomes.
This highly visible role requires strong stakeholder management, governance and the ability to influence across technical and business teams at all levels.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager within Connectivity, you will lead the delivery of one of M&S's most critical infrastructure transformation programmes, overseeing the upgrade and refresh of network technologies across the Distribution Centre (DC) estate.
You will be responsible for coordinating complex technical deployments across multiple operational sites, ensuring alignment between M&S, GIST, engineering teams, suppliers and programme stakeholders. Working across a portfolio of interconnected initiatives, you will manage dependencies, delivery risks and operational impacts while driving successful outcomes that support the future growth and resilience of our supply chain.
This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, strong program leadership and the ability to influence across technical and business teams at all levels.
