Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a senior infrastructure programme lead to drive end-to-end delivery of network upgrades and technology changes across the distribution centre estate. You will coordinate plans, dependencies and deployments with technology, suppliers and operational teams to minimise disruption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure programmes or transformations.
• Experience coordinating multi-site deployments in operational environments.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in retail, logistics, or large-scale operations is beneficial.

• Champion effective governance and proactive risk management, providing clear visibility of progress, issues and key decisions.
• Coordinate suppliers, site deployments and transition activities to deliver agreed outcomes while minimising disruption to logistics operations.

Who you are

• You bring experience leading large-scale infrastructure, network, connectivity or technology transformation programmes.
• You're comfortable coordinating complex, multi-site deployments in operationally critical environments.
• You can build trusted relationships, communicate technical information clearly and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
• You have experience managing programme plans, dependencies, risks, governance and third-party delivery partners.
• Experience within retail, logistics, supply chain, warehousing or another large-scale operational environment would be beneficial.
