What You’ll Be Doing

As a Technical Product Specialist within the Growth unit, you will be the first point of contact for our institutional clients—including asset managers, hedge funds, and investment firms. Your role focuses on enabling our Growth team to scale, helping Client Specialists manage an increasing number of deals by leveraging the data systems and platforms you develop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building AI Agents to analyze client interactions and usage analytics to reduce renewal risk, increase outbound engagement, and boost company revenue.
• Building AI Agents to automate client support processes.
• Providing technical solutions to enhance sales workflows.
• Building internal data products using Python, SQL, Databases, API Services, and Javascript.
• Creating and managing dashboards to visualize and interact with client datasets.
• Using AI Agents, User Analytics, and Client Data to automate data-driven, actionable insights for Business Units and product teams.
