Job Title – Technical Product Owner

Working hours: 40

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Be the key decision maker ensuring technical solutions meet business and customer goals in your domain, including SaaS platforms and custom integrations.
2. Ensure technical designs meet customer and business needs throughout the product lifecycle and evaluate functional designs for proposed changes.
3. Collaborate with business and technology teams to plan, prioritize, and support roadmaps and backlogs, following an iterative delivery approach that delivers value and learning.
4. Articulate epics, stories, and tasks into JIRA for engineers and QA to refine, estimate, and execute.
5. Assess and manage risks for timely delivery of technology solutions, changes, and live incidents.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience of technical product ownership within retail, especially in digital/ecommerce sectors.
• Experience working with the Shopify Tech stack.
• Skills to gather requirements and write clear, concise user stories.
• Ability to schedule multiple development and delivery activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to identify issues or risks quickly and accurately.
• Implement solutions to mitigate risks and remove impediments while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, confident in presenting to diverse audiences.
