About the role

As "the voice of the customer," you are accountable for maximizing the value of the Product (platform) your squad is responsible for. You will work with your Squad members, Tribe lead, Chapter lead, and Agile Coach to define and prioritize initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders are essential to understand their priorities and interdependencies affecting your Product.

You should be enthusiastic about engaging with users, customers, and consumers to understand what matters to them.

You will set a clear and inspiring vision for your product, make decisions, and prioritize your Product backlog, guiding your team. A good understanding of the retail and/or telecom industries and the role your platform plays in delivering customer value is important. Your squad members' expertise will support high-quality, autonomous work. You should be willing to learn, test, and iterate to validate your assumptions.

You will ensure the squad prioritizes work that maintains a secure, well-functioning platform while driving innovation to deliver customer value.

Within the Product Chapter, you will collaborate with the Chapter lead to develop your mastery as a Product Owner and support peers to enhance chapter capabilities. You are expected to be a self-led learner, researching to improve your knowledge and sharing best practices.
