The Role

To achieve our ambitions, we're hiring a Data Product Owner to support and drive our client focus.

This is an excellent opportunity for a product owner with a background in data and analytics to make their mark within an established team of consultants, with opportunities for career development across a diverse client base.

You'll have 5+ years of experience in product design across data roles, including engineering, analytics, or data visualization, enforcing a product-led approach to deliveries, innovation, and client satisfaction.

The data product owner collaborates with delivery and technical leads, ensuring solutions align with client strategy and vision.

You will act as the key link between business stakeholders and the development team, translating needs into user stories and managing the product backlog to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in developing and articulating a clear vision
• Manage project roadmaps aligned with business objectives, focusing on quality of delivery
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and priorities
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on strategic direction
• Balance multiple requirements, technical complexities, and business problems
• Use data to measure team velocity, efficiency, and progress
• Identify opportunities for clients through data analysis
• Apply a product mindset to data solutions, focusing on user needs and value delivery

About You

• A strong understanding of business needs and data maximization solutions
• Experience with the full product lifecycle in digital or data initiatives
• Familiarity with data practices: architecture, engineering, analytics, modeling, visualization, governance
• Hands-on SQL experience for analysis and investigations
• Experience with product management tools: backlog, roadmapping, prototyping
• A passion for data, with knowledge of warehousing and dimensional modeling advantageous
