Job Description:

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a Technical Product Manager with experience in reporting and databases. The established product team seeks this new role to enhance their service offering by scoping, designing, building, and testing the reporting function. Working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, technical, and management teams, you will be instrumental in positioning this product as a global leader.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a detailed product roadmap
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to refine the reporting product roadmap
• Use internal analytics to drive decisions on feature enhancements and roadmap priorities
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate data collection, storage, and retrieval for reporting
• Ensure reporting tools comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Explore opportunities for AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and automated report generation
• Assist stakeholders in defining and refining requirements
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and development teams
• Support user adoption and report on successes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Strong experience in data/reporting and building reporting dashboards from the ground up
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach; experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Passion for creating products that address real customer problems and generate business value
