Job Description:

This role is an exceptional opportunity for a Technical Product Manager with experience in reporting and databases. The established product team requires this new role to enhance the overall service offering to users by scoping, designing, building, and testing the reporting function. Working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, technical, and management teams, you will play a key role in positioning this product as a global leader.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a detailed product roadmap
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to refine the reporting product roadmap
• Use internal analytics to make decisions on feature enhancements and roadmap priorities
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate data collection, storage, and retrieval for reporting
• Ensure reporting tools comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Explore opportunities for AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and automated report generation
• Help stakeholders define and refine requirements
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and development teams
• Assist with user adoption and reporting of successes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Strong experience in data/reporting and building reporting dashboards from inception to completion
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
