This role is an exceptional opportunity for a Technical Product Manager with experience in reporting/databases. The established product team requires this new role to complete the overall service offering to users; which involves scoping, designing, building, and testing the reporting function. Working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, technical, and management teams, you will play a key part in enabling this product to operate as a true global leader.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a detailed product roadmap.
2. Gather and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to refine the reporting product roadmap.
3. Use internal analytics to drive decisions on feature enhancements and roadmap priorities.
4. Work with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate data collection, storage, and retrieval for reporting.
5. Understand data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ensure reporting tools comply with relevant legal requirements.
6. Explore opportunities for AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and automated reports.
7. Help stakeholders define and refine requirements.
8. Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and development teams.
9. Assist with user adoption and reporting of successes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong experience in data/reporting and building reporting dashboards or related features from 0-1.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience using Power BI or other analytics tools.
• Passion for building products that solve real customer problems and drive business value.
