Job Description:

This role is an exceptional opportunity for a Technical Product Manager with experience in reporting and databases. The established product team requires this new role to enhance the overall service offering to users by scoping, designing, building, and testing the reporting function. Working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, technical, and management teams, you will play a key role in enabling this product to operate as a true global leader.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a detailed product roadmap
• Gather and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to refine the reporting product roadmap
• Utilize internal analytics to drive decisions on feature enhancements and roadmap priorities
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate data collection, storage, and retrieval for reporting
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) in reporting tools
• Explore opportunities for AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and automated report generation
• Help stakeholders define and refine requirements
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and development teams
• Assist with user adoption and reporting successes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Strong experience in data/reporting and building reporting dashboards from scratch
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach; experience using Power BI or similar tools
• Passion for building products that solve real customer problems and generate business value
