Job Description:

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a Technical Product Manager with experience in reporting and databases. The established product team needs this new role to enhance the overall service offering to users by scoping, designing, building, and testing the reporting function. Working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, technical, and management teams, you will play a key part in enabling this product to operate as a true global leader.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a detailed product roadmap
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to refine the reporting product roadmap
• Use internal analytics to drive decisions on feature enhancements and roadmap priorities
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate data collection, storage, and retrieval for reporting
• Understand data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ensure reporting tools comply with relevant legal requirements
• Explore opportunities for AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and automated report generation
• Help stakeholders define and refine requirements
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and development teams
• Assist with user adoption and reporting of successes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Strong experience in data/reporting and building reporting dashboards or related features from inception to deployment
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making; experience using Power BI or other analytics tools
