Job summary
Jigsaw24 is seeking a technically fluent product leader to own the roadmap for the Device Lifecycle Platform, Elevate24, Patch24, public APIs, Insights24, and the Procurement platform and Customer portal. You’ll shape strategy, balancing engineering feasibility and business value with the CTO.
You’ll work with engineering, the Business Analyst, and the development team to translate priorities into a working plan and to confidently represent the product to customers and sales, including
Qualifications
- Proven product management experience owning the roadmap for a live, commercial software platform (B2B or SaaS).
- Technical fluency to scope changes with engineers and understand architecture.
- Strong written and verbal communication across technical and commercial audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and product strategy across the portfolio and for each product.
- Influence go-to-market strategy for each product in the portfolio.
- Prioritise across the portfolio with the CTO and stakeholders.
- Scope platform changes with development teams for feasibility.
- Represent the product technically to customers and sales, including integrations.
