Jigsaw24 is seeking a strategically minded Product Leader to own the roadmap and direction across our platform portfolio, including the Device Lifecycle Platform, Elevate24, Patch24, and public APIs. You will work with the CTO and engineering teams to prioritise and plan, representing the product to customers and sales with credible technical insight into integrations and security.

Qualifications

• Experience owning the roadmap for a live B2B or SaaS platform.
• Ability to scope changes with engineers and understand architecture/integration trade-offs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and customer-facing audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap and product strategy across the portfolio, including Device Lifecycle Platform, Elevate24, Patch24, public APIs, Insights24, and Procurement/Customer portal.
• Influence go-to-market strategy for each product in the portfolio.
• Contribute to prioritisation and investment decisions with the CTO, balancing customer impact, strategic fit and delivery cost.
• Scope platform changes for technical feasibility with development teams.
• Direct product direction to customers and sales, with depth on integrations (device warranty APIs, MDM, patch management, PAM).
• Own internal and customer-facing product documentation and chair regular product review forums.
