Job summary

Techary is seeking an experienced product manager to own LaunchPad end-to-end. You will manage the roadmap, align with development, operations, and sales, and drive it from a Techary value-add into a core product shaping business growth.

The role combines product ownership, product management and delivery management, reporting to the CTO. You will work with AI-enabled procurement, asset lifecycle automation, and integrations to scale across customers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering business-critical applications or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Ability to challenge and collaborate with developers/engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Own LaunchPad product roadmap across development, operations, sales and business teams.
• Translate leadership concepts and market challenges into a clear product direction.
• Collaborate with development teams to define and prioritise requests for scalability and reliability.
• Lead discovery for new LaunchPad capabilities including AI-assisted procurement and asset lifecycle automation.
• Define and track metrics like portal adoption, quote-to-order conversion, and data quality.
