Job summary

Techary is seeking an experienced product manager to own LaunchPad end-to-end, taking it from a value-add to a standalone product central to business growth. You will manage the roadmap, collaborate with development to deliver day-to-day, and guide it toward market-leading capabilities in a fast-scaling environment.

You will work with leadership to align priorities, define success metrics, and ensure security and governance standards are met, while driving adoption across customers globally.

Qualifications

• PM experience delivering business-critical applications or proven B2B SaaS experience.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with developers and understand systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to build and prioritise a multi-tenant product roadmap.
• Strong communication across sales, technical and leadership teams.
• Autonomous, fast-scaling contributor.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset aligned with Techary culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the LaunchPad product roadmap across development, operations, sales and business teams.
• Serve as primary product contact for senior stakeholders, translating concepts into direction.
• Collaborate with development teams to define, sequence and prioritise requests for scalability and reliability.
• Lead product discovery for new LaunchPad capabilities, including AI-assisted procurement.
• Define and track success metrics like portal adoption and quote-to-order conversion.
• Balance bespoke customer needs with a multi-tenant scalable solution.
• Oversee integration with core systems and external partners.
• Support leadership in scoping new engagements.
• Ensure LaunchPad meets security and governance standards.
• Work with marketing and sales to position LaunchPad to ICP prospects.
