Job summary

Techary is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own LaunchPad end-to-end, a procurement and IT operations platform. You will drive the product roadmap, collaborate with development teams, and transform a value-add platform into a core product central to business growth.

You will lead discovery for new capabilities, align with stakeholders across sales, operations and leadership, and ensure the platform scales with security and governance standards in place.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business-critical applications or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to own end-to-end product roadmaps with autonomy.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with developers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own LaunchPad product roadmap and align priorities across development, operations, sales and wider business teams.
• Act as the primary product contact for senior stakeholders, translating concepts into a clear product direction.
• Work with development to define, sequence and prioritise development requests for scalability and reliability.
• Lead product discovery for new LaunchPad capabilities, including AI-assisted procurement and live integrations.
• Define and track success metrics such as portal adoption and quote-to-order conversion.
• Manage trade-offs between bespoke requirements and a multi-tenant, scalable solution.
• Own integration of LaunchPad with core systems and external integrations.
• Support leadership in scoping and shaping new engagements.
• Ensure LaunchPad meets security, data protection and governance standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to position LaunchPad as a leading solution.
