JD.com (JINGDONG) is hiring a Technical Product Manager to shape the Joybuy app across the UK and Europe. You’ll own product roadmaps, coordinate with engineering, data science, marketing and operations to enhance user journeys and scale a cross‑border retail platform.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management within European e‑commerce, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills and fluency in English plus one additional language (Chinese, Dutch, German or French).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience within European e-commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate across teams and leverage data.
• Professional working proficiency in English and at least one of Chinese, Dutch, German, or French.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in the Joybuy mobile app user journey and related features across search, recommendations, payments and post‑order processing.
• Define user lifecycles, segments and metrics; develop a structured framework to measure product performance.
• Manage roadmaps and release milestones, using insights, trends and data to optimize the user experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement app product strategies for global markets.
• Balance user‑centric design with machine learning capabilities to enable business initiatives.
