Job summary

JD.com is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join Joybuy's European team. You will enhance the customer journey and translate complex data into actionable insights, working with engineering, data science, marketing, commercial, and operations.

You will shape app product strategy and manage roadmaps across our global markets, focusing on user-centric solutions and impactful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in mobile and web apps for e-commerce in Europe.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, business, PM, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-team collaboration and data-driven decisions.
• Bilingual English plus Dutch/German/French.

Responsibilities

• Identify and enhance opportunities within the mobile apps user journey (acquisitions, search, recommendations, promotions).
• Define customer lifecycle, segments, and performance metrics.
• Manage product roadmaps and launch milestones with cross-functional input.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, commercial, and operations teams.
• Empower business initiatives with user-centric and ML-driven insights.
