Job summary

Joybuy, JD.com’s European online retail brand, seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager - Supply Chain to own the European supply chain product strategy and lifecycle. You will manage cross-border systems supporting Joybuy’s European operations, working with engineering, logistics, and market teams in London and Beijing to deliver a superior fulfilment experience.

This senior role requires strong analytical skills, 7+ years in product management, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in product management with at least 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or fulfilment.
• Deep understanding of supply chain and logistics operations including WMS, OMS, TMS, inventory management.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional product initiatives at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with SQL, A/B testing and data analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple time zones.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for international supply chain products supporting Joybuy's European operations.
• Lead full product lifecycle from discovery to launch with clear PRDs and success metrics.
• Drive initiatives across cross-border inventory, warehouse, order fulfilment, last-mile delivery, and returns.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, merchants, and market teams across London and Beijing to drive alignment.
• Define and track key product metrics and prioritise based on data.
