Whitbread plc is seeking a Tech Specialist focused on kiosks and digital access to support guest journeys across a large hotel estate. The role combines hands-on technology delivery with collaboration across hotel operations, suppliers and internal teams.
You will design and implement access solutions, work with integrated systems and ensure performance, security and resilience. Hybrid working arrangements are offered with a permanent contract.
Qualifikationen

- Experience delivering technology changes or service improvements.

- Act as technology specialist for kiosk, key management and guest access solutions.
- Design, implement and improve technology solutions for guest journey from check-in to room access.
- Collaborate with hotel operations, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver reliable tech services.
- Support integration of systems and platforms within the hotel technology ecosystem.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes and drive sustainable resolutions.
- Produce technical documentation and support processes.
