You’ll collaborate with operations, suppliers and internal teams to design, implement and continuously improve technology that drives guest satisfaction and operational resilience.

• Act as the technology specialist for kiosk, key management and guest access solutions across the hotel estate.
• Support design, implementation and continuous improvement of technology solutions that enhance the guest journey from check-in to room access.
• Collaborate with hotel operations teams to understand business challenges and develop practical technology solutions.
• Work with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable technology services.
• Support integration of multiple systems and platforms within the hotel tech ecosystem.
