Job summary

LemFi is building a self‑service internal developer platform to empower engineers across the company. You will design, build and own the platform, treating internal engineers as customers to accelerate product delivery and reduce time to market.

You will embed AI‑driven automation for cost optimisation and reliability, own cloud infrastructure on AWS, and act as internal product manager for the platform, setting standards and driving adoption across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building an internal developer platform or developer experience function from scratch.
• Deep AWS expertise: designed cost‑efficient, production‑grade cloud architectures.
• Strong DevOps and platform engineering fundamentals: Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, IaC.

Responsibilities

• Design and own an internal developer platform: golden paths, templates, guardrails for self-service provisioning.
• Embed AI‑driven automation: cost optimisation, anomaly detection, auto‑remediation and tooling.
• Own AWS cloud infrastructure: architecture, cost efficiency, reliability and security posture with measurable outcomes.
• Act as internal product manager for the platform: gather requirements, prioritise by impact on developer velocity, roadmap.
• Set and enforce platform standards: IaC, CI/CD, observability, secrets management.
• Identify friction in engineering workflow and present findings to leadership with data.
• Work lean and autonomously: high ownership, production deployment responsibility.
