Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Pre-Sales Team Lead to oversee the Pre-Sales group, drive customer-focused support, and ensure technically accurate proposals for heating products across domestic and commercial projects.

You will develop apprentices within the team, coordinate training initiatives, and manage government schemes, including MCS umbrella programs, while supporting the introduction of new equipment and assisting in the design and sale of equipment for varied

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or pre-sales support
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work with structured processes while maintaining a customer-centric approach
• Interest or experience in heating, technical products, or related sectors (desirable)
