Job summary

BD Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly organised Technical Planning Co-ordinator to join our BD Management Services Team. You’ll support the delivery of major works, minor works, responsive repairs and compliance projects.

Plan and coordinate daily workloads for operatives, manage workflows and records, handle enquiries, support resource planning and budgeting, monitor performance, and promote health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning within repairs or maintenance environments.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation is preferred.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills across multiple projects.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Confident communicator with problem-solving mindset and commercial awareness.
• Proficient in MS Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily workloads for operatives across multiple workstreams.
• Manage job workflows and maintain records, including compliance documentation.
• Be first point of contact for service delivery enquiries and complaints.
• Support resource planning and budget management in line with policy.
• Monitor performance and compliance; report progress to managers.
• Utilise systems like MS Office and Accuserv to streamline operations.
• Promote health, safety and wellbeing across service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance data.
