Job summary

Bd Group is seeking a highly organised Technical Planning Co-ordinator to join our BD Management Services Team on a 6-month contract. You’ll support delivery of major and minor works, responsive repairs and compliance projects, ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning within repairs, maintenance, or cyclical environments.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation is preferred.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with multi-project capability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily workloads for operatives across multiple workstreams.
• Manage job workflows and maintain accurate records, including compliance docs.
• Act as first point of contact for service delivery enquiries and complaints.
• Support resource planning and budget management in line with policy.
• Monitor performance and report progress and issues to managers.
• Promote health, safety and wellbeing across service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through data and customer feedback.
