Job summary

ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD in Crick is seeking a Technical Parts Administrator to handle freight ordering, stock control and data input. The role is on-site with standard hours 8 am - 5 pm and includes a £30,000 per annum salary plus bonus.

You will work with Excel and SAP to process orders, update commodity codes, and provide information to internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple departments.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).
• SAP experience preferred.
• Competent administrator with good customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work unaided.
• Car driver is required.

Responsibilities

• Order daily airfreight and weekly road freight from Head Office.
• Order from suppliers and input Engineering orders.
• Provide customs information to our freight partner and respond to information requests.
• Collate and distribute daily activity reports and update stock availability.
• Liaise with internal departments to satisfy customer needs.
• Extensive data input and updating commodity codes; use Excel and SAP.
