Heineken UK is seeking a Technical Operator to oversee the production line with a lean mindset and proactive attitude. The role includes 12-hour Panama shifts, with a mix of days and nights, and is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities include running high-speed packaging machinery, quality checks, stock management via SAP, and driving TPM initiatives to improve processes.

Qualificações

• Lean mindset and proactive attitude required.

• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure running of high-speed packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and take swift corrective actions.
• Manage stock levels accurately with SAP.
• Use process knowledge to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to Zero Accident Culture via cleanliness and reliability on the production plant.
• Deliver First Time Right on quality and process.
• Drive continuous improvement through TPM programme.
