Job summary

HEINEKEN UK in Tadcaster is hiring a Technical Operator to keep our high-speed packaging lines running safely and efficiently.

You’ll perform quality checks, manage stock with SAP, and apply problem-solving to drive continuous improvement as part of our packaging team.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Maths & English GCSEs.
• Good understanding of IT Systems.
• Packaging experience preferred (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-speed packaging machinery runs safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and take corrective actions.
• Manage stock levels with SAP.
• Identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Support TPM and continuous improvement programs.
