HEINEKEN UK Supply Chain is seeking a Technical Operator for our Hereford packaging line. You’ll ensure smooth high-speed canning and bottling operations, perform quality checks, and manage stock using SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production facility or automated manufacturing environment.
• Operating, cleaning and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiar with SAP or ERP systems for stock management.
• Knowledge of TPM principles and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-speed packaging machinery runs safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and take corrective actions when needed.
• Manage stock levels using SAP and maintain accurate records.
• Identify root causes of problems and implement countermeasures.
• Support a culture of zero accidents through cleanliness and reliability.
• Deliver First Time Right on quality and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement within TPM initiatives.
