Job summary

Heineken UK is seeking a Technical Operator to maintain high-speed packaging lines with a lean mindset. You will own your area, perform quality checks, and drive improvements across the production plant.

Responsibilities include safe operation, stock management in SAP, and delivering First Time Right while supporting TPM and continuous improvement programs. This role offers a fixed-term contract and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Maths GCSEs and English GCSEs required.
• Good understanding of IT systems.
• Packaging experience preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrates a passion to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the running of high-speed packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and take swift corrective actions.
• Manage stock levels with SAP.
• Identify root causes of problems and prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver First Time Right on quality and process.
