Job summary

The Sterling Choice in Sunderland is seeking a Food Technical/QA professional to broaden exposure across specifications, auditing and compliance within a growing technical team.

You will contribute to maintaining specifications, supporting GMP audits, supplier approvals, customer queries, testing and quality management systems while developing broader technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing QA or Technical roles.
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety systems.
• Willing to broaden experience across technical disciplines.
