Job summary

The Sterling Choice is looking for a motivated QA/Technical professional in Sunderland to broaden exposure across specifications, auditing, supplier approvals and food safety systems.

You'll work within an established Technical team to keep products safe, compliant and customer-focused, handling investigations, corrective actions and training while progressing within Technical.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing QA or technical roles.
• Understanding HACCP and food safety systems.
• Familiarity with GMP auditing and supplier approvals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain raw material and finished product specifications.
• Conduct internal GMP auditing and supplier approvals.
• Handle customer complaints and technical queries.
• Support microbiological and environmental testing.
• Assist in corrective actions and technical investigations.
• Contribute to Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
