Job summary

The Sterling Choice in Sunderland seeks a technically engaged professional with food manufacturing experience in Technical or Quality to lead key workstreams and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Technical Manager and act as deputy when required.

You will coordinate supplier assurance, audits, and the maintenance of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems, including BRCGS/HACCP and customer compliance, while driving root cause analyses and corrective actions to ensure

• Experience in a food manufacturing Technical or Quality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety systems and auditing.
• Supplier auditing experience would be particularly valuable.
