Job summary

Listgrove Limited in Gravesend, Kent seeks a Technical Manager to drive all technical aspects of the product portfolio, including developing/formulating products and ensuring performance claims and regulatory compliance.

You will train staff and customers across regions, manage product strategies for cost reduction and lifecycle management, and collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and commercial teams to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry or related field.
• Extensive experience in lubricants (Lubes, Greases, Coolants).
• Experience in Deployment Technology, R&D or Technical Support.
• Knowledge of CDP management is advantageous.
• Strong regulatory knowledge: ATIEL, ACEA, OEMs, REACH.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of product formulations for own-brand and private label products.
• Maintain product line technical performance and claims.
• Build relationships with raw material suppliers, tech partners and manufacturers.
• Develop technical strategies focusing on cost reduction and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, sales and marketing.
• Oversee regulatory governance, MSDS management, labeling, approvals and OEM requirements.
