Job summary

You will bridge Product Development, Sales and Customer channels, delivering expert guidance on product selection, application suitability and performance optimisation to maximise value.

This high-visibility role involves technical presentations, onsite training, and collaboration with OEMs, distributors and end-users.

Qualifications

• Experience in lubricants or automotive additives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer-facing activities.

Responsibilities

• Delivering expert Technical Support to internal teams and external customers on our product group.
• Advising on correct Automotive applications aligning product with specifications.
• Investigating Technical Product issues, diagnosing root causes and proposing solutions.
• Supporting product positioning through Technical Presentations, onsite training and customer engagement.
• Acting as a trusted technical resource across OEMs, distributors and end users/workshops.
