Job summary

Irving Knight Group in Berkshire, United Kingdom, is seeking a senior leader to manage a multi-million dollar P&L and drive strategy for a client’s industrial lubricant additive division.

You will lead strategic planning, oversee global P&L metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams across product management, sales, marketing, R&D and procurement to optimize capital investments and operating performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in chemical/additive industry.
• Experience collaborating with product management, sales, marketing, R&D and procurement teams.
• Background in lubricant additive/specialty chemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning: lead cross-functional regional planning to build the annual operating plan aligned with the long-range plan (LRP).
• Financial management: establish, monitor, and report global P&L metrics while implementing timely corrective actions to protect profit.
• Capital optimization: build business cases for operational investments while tracking project spend and working capital with Supply teams.

Irving Knight are partnered with a global multibillion dollar chemical manufacturer of specialty chemicals and additives. The role will focus manage a multi-million dollar P+L leading the strategy for this clients industrial lubricant additive division.
