Job summary

LKQ Euro Car Parts is seeking a Technical Lubricants Specialist to work with our branch network and workshop customers, promoting premium lubricants and providing expert technical support and training. In this field-based role you’ll combine technical knowledge with relationship management, helping workshops select oils, improve vehicle performance, and drive customer satisfaction across the UK.

You will deliver technical sessions, solve lubrication challenges, and coach branch teams on product

Qualifications

Experience in automotive aftermarket or workshop environments with lubricants.
Strong knowledge of engine oils, transmission fluids, greases, and coolants.
Ability to explain technical details clearly to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

Provide expert lubricant recommendations and technical guidance.
Troubleshoot lubricant-related queries for workshops and branches.
Collaborate with branch networks to grow lubricant sales and adoption.
Deliver technical training, product demos, and workshops.
Coach sales teams on lubrication technologies and market opportunities.
Identify correct oil specs for modern vehicles and advise maintenance solutions.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product teams.
Act as a trusted technical ambassador for the lubricant portfolio.
