Job summary

Prime Disaster Response Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Technician to take ownership of fire and water damage restoration projects, leading a field-based team across London and the South East.

You will manage drying programmes from assessment through to completion, make technical decisions, coordinate technicians, and communicate with clients and stakeholders in high-value properties. This hands-on role requires strong site leadership and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fire and/or water damage restoration.
• Experience supervising or guiding other technicians on site.
• Full UK driving licence and based within one hour of Watford.

Responsibilities

• Manage drying programmes from assessment to completion.
• Oversee restoration and mitigation works on high-value properties.
• Coordinate technicians on site and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, moisture readings and job records.
• Ensure health and safety and site compliance.
