Adore Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Restoration Operations Manager for a senior role in Watford. You will lead field technical teams, oversee fire and water damage restoration projects, and maintain technical and quality standards across multiple live jobs.
The role requires strong planning, cost awareness and insurer relations, plus the ability to drive safety, training and continuous improvement. A senior hands-on leader with UK driving license is preferred.
Competenze
- Experience in disaster restoration and fire/water damage projects.
- Strong understanding of insurance repairs and claims processes.
- Proven ability to lead field teams and manage resources.
Mansioni
- Lead Field Technical Managers and Senior Technicians.
- Oversee restoration projects and ensure high standards.
- Set and maintain technical and quality standards.
- Plan resources across multiple live jobs.
- Lead safety, RAMS, site inspections and compliance.
- Deliver technical training programmes.
- Support complex/restoration projects.
- Build relationships with insurers and loss adjusters.
- Monitor profitability, costs and resources.
- Improve processes, scheduling and reporting.
- Collaborate with Directors on technical strategy.
