Job summary

Stafforce Recruitment in Loughborough is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead the Technical Team in a dynamic manufacturing and imported products business.

You will drive NPD, product compliance, quality assurance and supplier management, with travel to suppliers and factories as needed. This on-site role offers a competitive salary and 25 days leave.

Stafforce are recruiting for an experienced, hands-on and commercially minded Technical Manager to join a growing manufacturing and imported products business in Loughborough.

Technical Manager

Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum DOE

Working pattern: Fully on-site

Annual leave: 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Manager with a strong background in product development, product compliance, quality assurance and supplier management. The successful candidate will lead the Technical Team and play a key role in supporting product quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Willingness to undertake occasional UK and overseas travel to suppliers, factories and trade shows.
