Job summary

Bolt is seeking a Product Engineering Team Leader in Banbury, Oxfordshire to guide multiple site teams and drive NPI and product improvement projects.

You will lead quality, compliance (ISO 9001) and root-cause investigations, maintaining specifications and technical records while collaborating with customers and suppliers. A degree in engineering and proven leadership are required.

• Previous experience leading engineering, technical or quality teams.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or a related field.
• Experience managing NPI projects and cross-functional teams.

• Experience using structured problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and reporting skills.

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 08:30-17:00; Friday, 08:30-15:30

Salary: £50,000-£55,000 DOE

• Lead and develop Product Engineering teams across multiple sites
• Manage New Product Introductions (NPI) and product improvement projects
