Job summary

Cititec is recruiting a hands-on Technical Lead to build an enterprise intelligence platform for a top-tier global trading firm in London. You will own the architecture, implement components end-to-end, and directly influence production systems.

You will lead engineers, establish CI/CD and IaC, and work with AWS and Databricks, streaming pipelines with Kafka/Kinesis/Flink. You will develop knowledge graphs and governed AI capabilities while aligning with security and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership with ownership of architecture and delivery.
• Experience building and operating large-scale data platforms.
• Strong experience with AWS, streaming, and lakehouse platforms (Databricks or equivalents).

Responsibilities

• Build and operate high-volume streaming pipelines and lakehouse components.
• Define target architecture and drive data products to production.
• Lead internal tech leads and delivery partners toward a coherent roadmap.
• Ensure security, governance, and reliability across platforms.
