Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineering organisations in a hands-on technical capacity.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled or Generative AI solutions within enterprise environments.
• Experience building enterprise-scale cloud-native applications using Kubernetes, containers, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technology decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and delivery of enterprise-scale applications.
• Remain hands-on with architecture, design, reviews and decisions.
• Set technical direction across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud services and platform components.
• Partner with stakeholders to align platform strategy with priorities.
• Deliver high-profile programmes with executive visibility.
• Champion DevSecOps, platform engineering and continuous improvement.
• Mentor engineers and build a culture of technical excellence.
• Drive adoption of developer platforms and standards across teams.
