Qualifications

• Led the build or major modernisation of a production data platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with a major streaming technology (Kafka or equivalent).
• Production experience with a lakehouse/Spark-based analytics platform.
• Strong Python/SQL and a major public cloud.
• Comfortable mentoring engineers and setting technical direction across teams.
