Job summary

PSD Scotland is seeking a Technical Lead to guide a development team within the National Digital Platform. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable web applications used by health and care professionals and the public.

You will drive technical excellence in areas such as application design patterns, cloud architecture, security, testing, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple software engineering practices.
• Cloud platform knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab/Jenkins).
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, or C#.
• Experience in agile delivery environments.
