Job summary

Pixel Coding Limited is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to drive delivery of cloud-based web applications in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to plan and execute complex projects, mentor developers, and ensure architectural alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and overseeing integrations, platform enhancements, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical lead or management roles, with cloud and web apps.
• Strong hands-on Java 17+ development and Spring Boot 3+ and/or React.
• Experience delivering multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to mentor team and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira/Asana and Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Manager and Dev Lead to plan and execute projects.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects including platform enhancements, third-party integrations, game launches, and regulatory updates.
• Break down complex requirements into executable project plans with timelines and ownership.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Use project management practices to track progress and resolve blockers.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination.
• Serve as technical point of contact for troubleshooting platform, APIs, infrastructure, and backoffice issues.
• Evaluate technical solutions for architectural alignment with business goals.
• Work hands-on with engineers to analyze root causes and support debugging.
• Mentor and coach team on technical practices, communication, and problem-solving.
• Foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
