Job summary

PSD Scotland seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to lead data and analytics platforms, delivering enterprise-scale data, integration and BI solutions. You will collaborate with analysts, developers and service teams, shaping technical strategy and roadmap while mentoring junior staff.

The role is based in Scotland with hybrid working bases in Glasgow and Edinburgh, 36 hours per week, and requires UK residency and work entitlement.

Qualifications

• Strong technical leadership across modern data platforms and cloud architectures.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise data analytics projects.
• Ability to lead technical design, manage risk and deliver under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership across enterprise data platforms (AWS, Denodo, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects).
• Lead design, development and implementation of complex data and BI solutions.
• Mentor and develop other technical staff within the team.
• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning.
