Job summary

Sword is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for its Cloud & Cyber Services practice in the UK. You will lead Technical Service Architects, guide senior engineers, and ensure high standards across design and delivery.

Work with Practice Leadership and customers to define roadmaps, governance and continuous service improvement, acting as a trusted advisor on security and resilience for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven senior technical leadership in IT consulting or MSP environments.
• Experience with cloud, security and managed services at scale.
• ITIL-aligned service management knowledge and senior Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Technical Service Architects and senior staff.
• Own technical standards, reference architectures and design governance.
• Provide technical assurance across secure, compliant solutions.
• Drive service improvement and technical roadmaps for strategic accounts.
• Engage with customers as a trusted technical advisor and bid input.
